Refund policy
At Lucky Harvey, every timepiece is crafted with exceptional precision and care. To ensure transparency and a smooth customer experience, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The watch must be unworn, unused, and in as-good-as-new condition
- All original tags, protective films, boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging must be intact
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
- The watch must show no signs of wear, resizing, damage, or usage
Important: If the watch sustains damage during return shipping due to inadequate protective packaging, the customer shall bear all associated losses, and the return or refund may be declined.
Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Once verified, the watch will be replaced at no additional cost, in accordance with our warranty terms

Transit Damage
All Lucky Harvey shipments are fully insured during transit.
In the event of transit damage:
- The customer must intimate us within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened to reveal the product is mandatory
This unboxing video is required to validate and raise an insurance claim. Without this video, transit damage cannot be verified and the insurance claim may not be approved. In such cases, Lucky Harvey will be unable to process a replacement or refund.
Refund Before Shipment
If payment has been completed but the order has not yet been shipped, a refund may be requested. A 6% transaction and payment gateway handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return & Refund After Receiving the Product (Non-Quality Reasons)
If a return or refund is requested for reasons other than manufacturing defects or transit damage, including change of mind or personal preference:
- A restocking and handling fee will be deducted to cover logistics, taxes, duties, payment gateway fees, and operational costs
- The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
- Upon receipt, the watch will undergo a strict Quality Control inspection
- The final refundable amount will be determined after factoring in all applicable costs and expenses
Returns or refunds will not be applicable if the product fails the Quality Control inspection.
Refund Request While the Package Is in Transit
If the order has already been shipped or is in international transit:
- The package cannot be intercepted or cancelled mid-transit
- The customer must receive the package first
- A return request may be initiated after delivery, subject to the above conditions

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be shared. Watches sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
