INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Order Processing — Orders are carefully inspected, photographed, and dispatched from our Hong Kong facility within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

- Delivery Timeline — International orders are delivered by express courier (DHL/FedEx), typically within 7 business days depending on the destination country and the courier's network.

- Shipping Costs — Free express shipping worldwide.

- Insurance & Signature — Every shipment is fully insured in transit. Orders above US$1,000 require a signature on delivery for your protection.

- Customs & Duties — Your order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) wherever this service is available: applicable import duties and taxes are handled by us, so there is normally no additional cost on delivery. In the rare case a destination country's customs authority levies a charge directly on the recipient, contact us and we will assist in resolving it.

- Tracking Your Order — A tracking number is shared by email at dispatch and can be used on the courier's website to follow your shipment in real time.
