INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY TERMS
In accordance with this warranty clause, our company will provide a 24-month warranty service for your Lucky Harvey watch. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Lucky Harvey watch. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official Lucky Harvey dealer ("valid warranty certificate"). For purchases made directly from luckyharvey.com, your order confirmation serves as your valid warranty certificate — your warranty is automatically registered from the date of delivery, and no dealer stamp is required. During the warranty period, and by presenting the valid warranty certificate or your luckyharvey.com order confirmation, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating).
2. Any damage to any part of the watch resulting from abnormal or abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, or non-observance of the use directions.
3. Any Lucky Harvey watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for services or repairs) or altered from its original condition beyond the brand's control.
4. Any further claim against Lucky Harvey for damages additional to the warranty described above is expressly excluded.

Changed your mind? Return your watch within 7 days of delivery — unworn, in as-new condition, with all tags, seals, and packaging intact. Outbound shipping, duties, and processing costs are deducted for change-of-mind returns as set out in our full policy. Transit damage or a manufacturing defect? Report within 48 hours of delivery (continuous unboxing video required for transit claims) for insured replacement — and every watch is protected by our 24-month international warranty.
